With Samhain approaching I set to work creating a new piece artwork to use for the upcoming sabbat. For me it is always a wonderful time to think of the ancestors and family that have passed through this world before me, I strongly believe that all of their spirits remain and accompany us on our own journey through life; like watchful eyes guiding us. At the sabbat of Samhain they are even closer still as the veil between our worlds becomes thin. This belief strongly influenced my final design.

After uploading my completed piece to my store and creating a whole range of wonderful cards and gifts with her, I was thrilled to find that she had received a “Todays Best Award” from Zazzle! Well, I haven’t blogged for a while because I’ve been so busy creating new designs, and a new store too! But this is a recent design in the Witchys Cauldron store that I’m really pleased with. She has printed beautifully on test print, so I’m confident that she will be just as vibrant on the products.
Gaia, born of Chaos, the mother of all that exists, she has been with us since the dawn of creation, and will remain forever. This artwork has taken me many many hours to create using a variety of techniques from 3D modelling to freehand digital painting. She has been a labour of love and I am pleased to be able to share her on so many products that there is something available for everyone. Whether it’s a print, card, tshirt or gift, I hope you find something to remind you to love mother earth.
